Automatic account creation #
- Your iSeam.uk profile is generated automatically the first time you place an order.
- At checkout you enter an email and shipping details; WooCommerce stores them in My Account.
- After payment you receive an activation email. Click the link and set a password (or connect Apple / Google) to view orders and invoices.
Deleting your account in WooCommerce #
- Log in and open My Account → Account Details.
- Scroll down and click Delete My Account.
- Confirm with your password or Apple / Google re-authentication.
- You are logged out immediately and receive a confirmation email.
If the delete button is missing #
Open Support → Account Help and request “Delete account.”
Support will trigger the WooCommerce deletion within one business day.
Data handling after deletion #
- Profile data (name, email, addresses) is erased within 24 h.
- Order numbers remain but personal details are anonymised for six years to meet UK tax law.
- Marketing preferences are removed instantly to satisfy GDPR.
Account recovery window #
Changed your mind within seven days? Contact Support → Account Help before the legal erasure completes; recovery is possible only during this window.
