Booking a Repair – Step-by-Step (Quick Guide)

  1. Click Repair on the home page.
  2. Select:
    • Garment (Trousers & Shorts, Suits & Jackets, Dresses & Skirts, Shirts & Blouses)
    • Fabric (Standard, Denim, Leather)
    • Service (e.g. Re-stitch seamReplace zipperRepair lining tear).
  3. Enter Repair Details — describe the damage:“Re-stitch 5 cm seam on inner thigh.”
  4. Item Description — colour, brand, any unique feature for ID.
  5. Upload 2–3 photos (front, back, close-up of damage) and enter item value (£) for return-shipping insurance.

All sections are mandatory—“Add to Cart” appears only when every field is complete.

  1. Add to Cart → Checkout. Log in or create an account, pay, print the label, and ship your parcel. You’ll receive status updates all the way to delivery.
