Cancelling an Order

You can’t edit an order after submission; instead, cancel and place a new one.

Fees depend on how far the order has progressed.

Tip: Double-check garment, fabric, and service before checkout; once you’ve shipped, cancellation always costs more.

How to Cancel #

  1. Open My Orders ▸ View Details
  2. Click Cancel Order
  3. Review the fee shown, confirm, and the refund is triggered

Refunds appear in 3–5 business days (longer if return postage is involved).
