Important: The platform auto-detects the status via tracking scans and tailor updates. If you cancel while fees apply, they’re deducted automatically and the balance is returned to your original UK card.

How to Cancel #

  1. My Orders ▸ View Details
  2. Click Cancel Order
  3. Review the fee shown, confirm, and you’re done

Funds usually re-appear on your statement within 3–5 business days (banks may vary).
