You can update your return (delivery) address until the parcel ships back from the tailor. After that, the carrier lock-in prevents changes.

2 ▪ How to update the address (self-service) #
- Go to My Orders ▸ View Details
- Click Edit Address under Return Address
- Enter the new UK postcode; autocomplete fills the rest
- Click Save — you’ll see Address updated in the timeline
(This button disappears once the tailor marks Item Received.)
