You may ship with any UK-recognised trackable service (Royal Mail Tracked 24/48, DPD, Evri, Parcelforce, etc.). Insurance applies only to tracked shipments.

| 2 — Book shipping | Online or at a Post Office / ParcelShop—choose a trackable service. |
| 3 — Keep the receipt | Take a photo or upload the tracking number in My Orders ▸ Add Tracking. |
| 4 — Monitor tracking | Your dashboard updates automatically once the parcel is scanned at the tailor’s end. |
Tip: Royal Mail Tracked 48 is usually the most economical for small items; use Tracked 24 or DPD if you need speed.
