Combining Multiple Alterations on One Item

1 min read

You can still request several changes for the same garment—shorten, taper, waist-adjust—but each change must be added as a separate service line in your cart.

How to book multiple services (current workflow) #

  1. Complete the first service form (e.g., Shorten hem).
  2. Click Add to Cart — the item appears in your cart.
  3. Return to the home page and start a new service form for the same garment (e.g., Taper leg).
  4. Repeat for every alteration you need, adding each one to the cart.
  5. At checkout, leave a note in Alteration Details on any one of the service forms:“All listed services apply to the same pair of grey trousers.”
  6. Ship the single garment once—our system links the service IDs by order number, and the tailor combines the work.

When multi-services work smoothly #

GarmentPopular CombosTypical Extra Time
Trousers / JeansShorten hem + Taper leg+1 working day
Dresses / SkirtsTake in waist + Shorten length+1 working day
Jackets / CoatsSleeve shorten + Body taper+1–2 working days

(Turnaround starts after the tailor marks Item Received.)

Conflicting alterations #

Pricing and refunds #

  • Each service has its own fee; the cart shows a combined total.
  • If the tailor determines a combo isn’t feasible, Support will cancel only the conflicting service and refund that fee.

Multiple tweaks in one parcel save postage—just book each alteration as its own service, add clear notes, and the tailor will handle the rest.
