- Gather materials
- Poly or zip bag - Tissue/bubble wrap - Sturdy mailing bag/box - Packing tape - A blank note or index card.
- Prepare the garment
- Remove pins unless you chose the Pinned/Chalked method.
- Fasten zips & buttons; fold neatly.
- Add the order-number note
- Write “iSeam.uk – Order #12345” on the card.
- Pin or tape the note to the garment and to the outside of the parcel (anywhere visible).
- Wrap & seal
- Wrap the item in tissue or light bubble wrap.
- Slide into a clean poly bag to guard against moisture.
- Place inside a strong mailing bag or box and tape all seams.
- Ready for shipping
- Double-check the order number on both the garment note and the parcel note.
- Keep the tracking receipt—insurance starts once the parcel is scanned by your chosen carrier.
