Severe fabric rot / dry-rot | Stitching won’t hold; fabric tears further. |
Heavy mould or bio-contamination | Health risk to tailors and shipping handlers. |
Large oil, chemical or paint stains | Cleaning is specialist work, not tailoring. |
Synthetic PU leather flaking | Material disintegrates; patches won’t bond. |
Missing major sections (e.g., half a sleeve) | Requires re-manufacture, not repair. |
Fire or melt damage | Fibres are weakened beyond stitching. |
What happens if you send one anyway?
- Tailor marks Job Failed (Customer Issue) – Returned.
- Item is shipped back; 10 % admin fee + return postage deducted from refund.
