Viewing your addresses #
- Log in and open My Account → Addresses.
- Two cards appear: Billing Address (used for receipts) and Shipping / Return Address (used for garment return).
Adding a new address #
- Click Add beneath the Shipping Address card.
- Enter the UK address and postcode; autocomplete helps you fill fields quickly.
- Click Save Address.
- The new entry becomes the default shipping/return address.
Editing an existing address #
- In My Account → Addresses, click Edit on the card you want to update.
- Change any field (street, city, phone).
- Click Save Address to confirm.Changes apply to future orders only; open a ticket if you need to change the return address on an order already In Progress.
Deleting an address #
- Click Delete under the address card.
- Confirm in the pop-up.
- If it was the default address, WooCommerce prompts you to set another saved address as default.
Setting a default address #
- The last address you save automatically becomes default.
- To switch, click Set as Default on any saved entry.
Tips #
- Use a workplace or neighbour’s address if you’re away during delivery hours.
- Check the postcode carefully; returns sent to a wrong postcode may incur re-delivery fees.
