Understanding Order Statuses

Track your order from start to finish inside My Orders.

Here’s what each status means:

StatusWhat’s Happening
Waiting for TailorYour order is live; tailors can now accept it.
Tailor Accepted – Awaiting ItemA tailor has claimed your job and is waiting for your parcel to arrive.
Item Received by TailorTailor scanned your parcel and confirmed receipt. Work will begin shortly.
In ProgressTailor is performing the alteration or repair.
Item Tailored & Shipped BackWork is done, parcel is on its way to you. Tracking link appears in your timeline.
Job Done – DeliveredCarrier shows delivered, and you’ve confirmed receipt (or 48 h passed without dispute).
Job Failed (Customer Issue) – ReturnedTailor couldn’t proceed due to missing info, unsuitable garment, etc. Parcel is being returned (admin fee applies).
Job Failed (Tailor Issue) – ReturnedTailor unable to complete work; full refund is issued, item is on its way back.
CancelledOrder was cancelled before work began.
