How do you know how much to shorten my trousers?

Do I need to send photos of my trousers?
Yes, to ensure the best possible result, our booking form will ask you to upload up to 3 clear photos of your item (a front view, back view, and a close-up of the area to be altered). This helps your matched iSeam tailor understand exactly what is required before you even ship the item.
How long does the mail-in service take?
Once your professional tailor receives your tailoring item in the post, the alteration is typically completed and shipped back to you within a few working days, depending on their current queue.
